The National Association of City Transportation Officials (NACTO) came out with an Urban Bikeway Design Guide which serves as a guidebook for all local government units interested in putting up bikeway infrastructure in their areas. Ang galing! I hope the MMDA can download this and study it for implementation here in Metro Manila. We need safe bikeways now!
